A risk assessment can be carried out prior to work / contracts being agreed, to provide a site management plan.
All sites that are static guards have assignment instructions detailing the duties of each guard assigned to that site. New site start-up procedures, guard training and site inspection procedures ensure that all guards are properly instructed and supervised in the operation of their duties to provide a consistant, professional security management service.
